- Do you ship to all countries?
In order to please our customers abroad we have recently introduced delivery into Western Europe. You can now order your favourite Purdey item if you are living in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg.
- How to return an item outside The Netherlands?
From receipt, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item (this includes all sale items) within your order. Just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order. Outside the Netherlands you are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. You can send the item(s) including the returns form, in the original box, to this address: Purdey Huygenseweg 36, 5482 TG, Schijndel, The Netherlands. Please note, it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to. It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive the parcel, we will inspect the goods and refund the money within 7 working days.
- Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
