Depending on the total order amount and shipping address, the following shipping rates apply:
- Delivery via Postnl within the Netherlands, free of charge for orders over €75.
- For orders under €75, we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
- Pickup in store is free of charge.

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Postnl Track & Trace code, which you can use to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

Have you opted for delivery to a Purdey store? Then we will contact you (usually by email) as soon as your order has arrived at our store.

Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, select the option ‘different delivery address’ in step 3 ‘Delivery’. Here you can now enter a different delivery address.

We ship our packages via Postnl. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a Postnl Service Point in your area. You can track your package's journey using the Postnl Track & Trace code.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This shipping confirmation will also include a PostNL Track & Trace code, which you can use to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

Please note: if you have opted for Click & Collect, you will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped to our store, but unfortunately you will not be able to track your order using the PostNL Track & Trace code in that email. As soon as your package is ready in the store, we will contact you (usually by email), after which you can pick up your order.

Non-discounted items can be returned to the store within 14 days, provided they are unworn and have the price tag attached, upon presentation of the receipt. Discounted items may only be returned or exchanged in the store within 7 days, provided they have the price tag attached and are unworn.

Yes, this is possible within the 14-day cooling-off period. The cooling-off period starts one day after receipt of the order. If you decide to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return your order to us. The condition for this is that the items are unworn and have the original price tag attached.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item purchased through our webshop for another item. Of course, you can return the item to us according to the regular return procedure. To receive the item you want in its place, please place a new order through our webshop.

Yes, as soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive an email from us containing a credit invoice.
