Bij elke €5 die u besteedt, ontvangt u 1 punt. U ontvangt uw Purdey Spaartegoed Voucher na het bereiken van een spaartegoed van 125 Purdey-punten. 

U ontvangt uw Spaartegoed Voucher per e-mail. Het is daarom noodzakelijk dat uw e-mailadres bij ons bekend is. Wanneer uw e-mailadres nog niet bekend is raden wij u aan om dit tijdens uw volgende bezoek in een van onze winkels door te geven. U kunt uw e-mailadres ook per e-mail doorgeven aan de Purdey klantenservice via klantenservice@purdey.nl of telefonisch via 073-5431488. 

U kunt uw Purdey Spaartegoed voucher inwisselen in alle Purdey winkels. Het is ook mogelijk om het Purdey Spaartegoed  in te wisselen in de Purdey webshop. Zodra u 125 punten gespaard heeft, ziet u in de check-out staan "toon voucher". als u hier op klikt, kunt u de spaarvocuher selecteren om in te wisselen. U kunt per transactie 1 voucher inwisselen. 

Bij elke aankoop ontvangt u punten. Bij het bereiken van 125 punten worden deze punten automatisch omgezet in een kortingsvoucher van 25 euro. De kortingsvoucher en uw punten blijven 1 jaar geldig. Bij het retourneren van een artikel(en) worden er weer punten in mindering gebracht. Wanneer het saldo hiermee onder de 125 punten komt, vervalt de gespaarde voucher.

Vlak voordat uw Purdey Spaartegoed Voucher verloopt, ontvangt u nog een reminder per e-mail. Na een jaar vervalt uw voucher en de gespaarde punten. U kunt uw puntensaldo en spaartegoeden onder ‘mijn account’ vinden op www.purdey.nl

Wanneer u één of meerdere items retourneert worden de bij deze aankoop behorende Purdey-punten automatisch afgeschreven van uw Purdey Privilege Card-account.

Een fysieke privilege card is niet meer nodig. U spaart de punten digitaal. Wanneer u naar de winkel gaat en uw naam en adresgegevens doorgeeft, kunnen wij uw gegevens opzoeken in het systeem. Ook online, als u inlogt op uw account kunt u uw punten inzien.

I have redeemed a voucher and now want to return items. How will this be calculated?

If you have paid for part of your order with a voucher and you return an item, this will be calculated as follows:

The voucher discount will be divided proportionally across all items ordered.

If you return 1 item, you will receive the purchase price of this item minus the voucher discount. The points corresponding to this discount will be credited back to your account.

Example: you order 4 items and pay (partly) with a voucher:

Item A: $50, voucher discount $5

Item B: $50, voucher discount $5

Item C: $50, voucher discount $5

Item D: $100, voucher discount $10

If you return item D, you will receive EUR 90 back (the purchase amount minus the voucher discount) and the corresponding points will be credited back to your account. In this case, 50 points.

You can find your saved points in your account. When you are logged in, your balance will be displayed there.

Your Purdey points will be credited when you show your Purdey Privilege Card at the time of purchase. You can also provide your postal code and house number, which we will use to credit your points to your Purdey Privilege Card account at the checkout. If you place an order online using the same details, the points will also be credited, even if you are not logged in. You also earn Purdey points during promotions, such as the Privilege promotion, Pre-Sale, and Sale. The voucher will be emailed automatically when you have earned 125 points.

You can redeem your Purdey Savings voucher both online and in-store. Your savings will give you a €25 discount on your next purchase in the Purdey store or online.
