Purdey ships internationally to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Simply choose the products you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. At the check-out you can enter the address and the country you would like the order to be shipped to.
After completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail with a tracking number.
With this number you can log on to the PostNL website and track and trace your parcel. If you would like your order to be shipped to any other country, please contact our customer service so we can arrange this for you. 

Delivery and costs
Orders from outside the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid unexpected costs.
All packages shipped to countries outside the Netherlands are sent with PostNL. Shipping costs are €4,95, and in general orders will be delivered within one working week.
International delivery

In the event you would like to return an item that you have ordered, please send it back to us within 14 days after receiving the package (this includes SALE items).
Just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order. The stated original order number is important for the return.
Outside the Netherlands, return shipping costs are for the customer. The package can be sent back in the original box to:

It may take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on the used postal service. However, upon receipt of your parcel, the goods will be inspected,
and the refund will be paid with 10 working days. An e-mail confirming the refund will be sent, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition.
Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
